An exclusive team building event in a beautiful venue
We were approached by one of our most high-profile, long-term, trusted clients to manage the second day of a team-building programme that had begun in May 2025. Their brief was for a morning workshop, led by the client, to continue the ongoing training journey, followed by a more relaxed afternoon featuring a fun, hands-on activity to encourage teamwork and strengthen relationships among participants.
Our Proposal
Bringing training and fun together in one day
We chose a charming, elegant farmhouse that turned out to be the ideal setting for the day. Its welcoming atmosphere and thoughtfully arranged spaces made it perfectly suited for corporate gatherings. Guests enjoyed unrestricted access to the bar and a buffet lunch on the porch, along with recreational options such as sports fields and a swimming pool. In the afternoon, we organised a team cooking challenge led by Michele Cannistraro, Masterchef All Stars winner, with the special participation of Oris Portanova, former collaborator of Alessandro Borghese and Bruno Barbieri. Participants were split into teams to create both sweet and savoury finger food, with the added twist of a mystery box midway to keep excitement high.
