IAD Italia has entrusted us with planning their annual convention for the third year in a row, strengthening a successful partnership that has lasted for three years. The event, inspired by the Oscars night with the theme "A night full of stars", required a sophisticated concept. Our challenge was to create an elegant atmosphere in a two-storey venue for 250 guests.

We selected a post-industrial venue of great charm, the perfect backdrop for a stellar event. This unique space was transformed into a Hollywood-style gala venue, creating a glamorous atmosphere, enhanced by the venue’s unique vibe. From the interview area to the innovative guest photobooth, every detail was meticulously arranged to provide an unforgettable experience.
The stylish setup enhanced both rooms, while the menu pleased even the most discerning attendees with a refined selection of delicacies and sophisticated drinks. The charismatic Max Pisu masterfully hosted the awards ceremony, enriched with performances of mentalism, LED dance, and live music, creating profoundly moving moments throughout the evening.
The synergy between Guru Marketing and our events department produced an engaging format that captured the essence of a Hollywood gala evening.
