Christmas corporate event
In December 2023, the client TXT group commissioned us to organise their corporate Christmas event. They wanted a memorable party, inspired by the style and vibe of the 1920s and the movie "The Greatest Showman". They wanted high-quality entertainment, spectacular visual beauty, and active participant engagement.
The Smart Eventi proposal
A 1920s event inspired by "The Greatest Showman"
An atmosphere of yesteryear enveloped guests as they arrived at the venue, which had already been booked well in advance, and for the second year in a row. Preparations for the event had began in September, thus ensuring that we had plenty of time to take care of every detail, to evoke the charm of a 1920s bistro. In the center, a retro bar counter surrounded by vintage tables. On either side, buffets with hanging signs and chains, as you would see in an authentic old bistro. We made the whole experience even more real by creating themed corners, such as a casino with roulette and blackjack tables, a vintage barber station with reali live actors, and a smokers' corner, where lucky gamblers could celebrate their winnings with a good whisky and a cigar. The crowning jewel of evening came in the form of music, performed by the band, whose 1920s repertoire kept guests dancing and entertained. We made our guests step back in time, recreating a whole world around them: every last detail was perfectly curated and absolutely authentic.

The "Greatest" success
The complex event entrusted to us turned out to be a complete success, leaving both parties more than satisfied. Thanks to our meticulous attention to detail, we managed to pull it off by exceeding all expectations, creating an unforgettable and unique atmosphere.
