Our client CBRE commissioned Smart Eventi to organise a corporate trip to a strategic and convenient location for guests from different Italian cities. In addition, we were asked to plan a photography-themed team building activity designed to stimulate and encourage collaboration and interaction among participants.

Creative collaborations: an unforgettable team building retreat in Tuscany
An oasis of relaxation and fun welcomed participants to Tuscany. The hotel with pool and spa in Marina di Grosseto, chosen for its accessibility and quality services, framed a memorable experience. The photography competition, adapted to meet the client’s requirements, engaged everyone in a creative challenge. After a course on professional smartphone shots, teams explored the village following the given theme, capturing unique glimpses of local charm. The groups then presented their projects to a panel of judges who awarded prizes to the best, valuing collaboration and creativity. Moments of relaxation, fun and sharing created a unique atmosphere: from the reception in the pool view room to the cocktail party, from the team building challenge to the final lunch. It was a tailor-made event that combined leisure, socialising and business goals, creating an unforgettable experience for all participants.
