European Aluminium hired us to organise an exclusive gala for 200 elite guests, international clients. This annual event is held every year in a different European city. For this year’s bash, they requested a historically relevant Italian venue, that would deliver impeccable service, and a carefully curated menu offers, catering to a number of guests with significant dietary restrictions.

An elegant and prestigious Milanese museum

From our shortlist of exceptional venue, the client selected a prestigious Milanese museum, a historic venue with timeless charm, capable of accommodating two hundred diners for a memorable gala evening. This historic building, which held the treasures of one of humanity's greatest geniuses, Leonardo da Vinci, offered a unique atmosphere. Prior to the gala dinner, guests had the opportunity to immerse themselves in a private tour of the gallery that the museum dedicated to the Maestro - an experience enriched by an in-depth commentary of great cultural value. To make every moment truly memorable, we made sure the lighting, as well as being tasteful and well-designed, featured the brand’s colour palette. We also curated a classy mise en place. In that magical atmosphere, surrounded by timeless masterpieces and details of elegance, the past met the present in a perfect union.
