Impressing new guests: CConsulting's annual meeting gets a modern facelift
CConsulting, a software house based in Genoa, has chosen Smart Eventi once again to organise its annual "XLayers Group Meeting". After twelve editions in historic buildings, this year they opted for a modern and central location to accommodate the 120 participants, both standing and stalls, with food & beverage services, aiming to treat and impress their guests.

Excellence with a conscience: a sustainable event model
When we were asked to design this important event, we knew that the location had to meet the client’s requirements: style and a convenient position, as well as proven sustainability.
We chose a beautiful LEED Gold certified building: modern, close to public transportation, with in-house catering and technical services. We revised the menu to eliminate any unsustainable elements, focusing on seasonal products and controlled supply chains. Our crowning achievement was the proposal to calculate the event's carbon footprint. Using data provided by the client, we quantified the CO2 emissions and identified the most suitable offsetting project.

Our partnership with Smart Eventi and Federica is now well established. Every year Federica manages to surprise us with fantastic ideas that delight our clients.
