Generali, one of our long-standing clients, has entrusted us with the planning of a corporate trip for one of their internal teams. We were tasked with choosing a suitable location near Milan and creating a program that balanced work and leisure, with time scheduled for team building activities.

A beautiful estate on Lake Como and Curling-themed team building
We selected a stunning and relaxing location: an Estate by Lake Como, with a 1,500-square-meter Spa, exclusive restaurant and elegant rooms. After a productive meeting in the conference room, we scheduled an engaging team building: a cocktail challenge. The participants, introduced to mixology, competed in teams, creating original cocktails, judged on taste, creativity and presentation. In the evening, the team enjoyed a delicious dinner in beautiful, glass-panelled hall, with a breath-taking view. The next day, after a restful sleep and a rich breakfast, we introduced our guests to the delights Curling. Supervised by professional athletes, they formed teams and challenged each other in an ice-skating rink: it was a fun and thrilling experience.

Two enjoyable and educational days
Through our effective team building training activity, we achieved the goal of creating an opportunity for colleagues who, due to remote working, struggled to see each other to meet. We offered them an enjoyable but also highly educational day, thus enriching their work experience.
